Send Karalee Designs a high-resolution photo of your little angel to info@karaleedesigns.com. We will convert the image to black + white and size it appropriately to the 1" round bezel for your approval. Each Tilly necklace comes with a set of baby bootie charms, a pink or blue stone and your choice of a 16" or 18" sterling silver chain. The Tilly necklace is custom made to order taking approximately 2-3 weeks to complete.
