Simply Serra is a combination of all the great recipes I have tried and will try. Some will be shortcuts. Yes, I think shortcuts are allowed. Some dishes I can make in less than 10 minutes doctoring up a jar of sauce with some store bought ravies and they are so good. Others can take anywhere from 2-3 hours to prepare. I’ll share them all. Take what you want, leave what you don’t.
