Designs Agreement & Policies
If you are interested in creating a wholesale
relationship with Karalee Designs, please read and complete
the form that follows with your company information.
1. Payment
For all wholesale accounts, payment is due in full
prior to shipment/delivery of each order. Payment can
be made via a money order, certified check or with
a credit card through PayPal.
2. Minimums
$100 minimum first order for new accounts and no
minimum for reorders. Approved wholesale accounts
receive a 50% discount off of retail prices.
3. Cancellation
If an order is canceled prior to it’s completion
(before it is shipped), the buyer will incur a cancellation
fee of $50. Be aware that each item is handmade to
order and a lot of time goes into the production of
each order. The cancellation fee covers the production
prior to your canceled order.
4. Delivery
Our products are handmade and as such will be delivered
in the order that they are received. Please allow
a production time of 3-4 weeks when placing your
order. If Karalee Designs becomes backordered, you
will be notified. Please be aware that high production
times such as the winter holiday season may delay
production times-please plan and order early! Shipping & Handling
fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. For Resale Only
Products are to be purchased for resale only.
6. All Sales Final
It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what
will sell in his or her store and you assume this responsibility
when you place your order with Karalee Designs.
7. Damages/ Defects
If a product is damaged or defective, we will exchange
for the same item. Damage/ Defective claims must
be made within 7-10 days of receiving your order;
all sale final thereafter. Please do not return any
products unless you have contacted Karalee Designs
first.
Karalee Designs reserves the right to refuse any wholesale
order for any reason. Before ordering from Karalee
Designs, please be sure that your type of business/industry
relates to the product branding.
These terms are subject to change at any time for
any reason.
By placing a wholesale order with Karalee
Designs you formally submit that you understand and
agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this
agreement.
